Rental Period
Preferred Auto Assist offers weekly rentals only. The minimum rental period is one (1) week. Daily rentals are not available.
Deposit
A $100 deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is subject to the terms discussed at the time of rental.
Insurance
Free insurance is included with all rentals. Optional additional insurance is available for an extra fee.
Renter Requirements
Renters must provide a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and proof of driving history, submitted through our app.
Payments
We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, and card payments (Stripe, Square, or PayPal).
Pickup & Delivery
Vehicles may be picked up and dropped off at 24624 I-45 North, Spring, TX 77386. Delivery is available within our service area.
